Transfer of risk
Our house bears full accountability for the consignment until the courier delivers it to you or your designated recipient at the stated address. Risk of damage or loss transfers to you at that precise moment. Any apparent transit damage should be registered immediately with the driver and communicated to our office within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
You are welcome to return items within 30 days of receipt in accordance with the provisions on our Returns page. Elderwell Botanics Ltd. warrants that all dietary supplements comply with applicable United Kingdom product specifications, remain sealed, and retain declared nutritional composition until their stated best-before date when stored in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Elderwell Botanics Ltd. for any claim arising out of your purchase or use of our botanical products shall not exceed the total order value paid by you or £100.00, whichever amount is greater. No provision within these conditions shall exclude or restrict any liability that may not be curtailed under governing law.
