Maximizing Value and Shelf Life

Plant extracts contain living pigments that respond dynamically to ambient humidity and warmth. Storing your supplements thoughtfully ensures each capsule retains its fresh aroma until the container is empty.

Step-by-Step Daily Best Practices

Keep your amber jar tightly capped and placed in a dry cupboard away from steam generated by kettles or hobs.

• Cap Seal: Always screw the metal lid firmly shut after withdrawing your morning dose.
• Dry Handling: Ensure your hands are dry before opening the container to avoid introducing moisture to the pullulan capsules.

Returns and Support

Should your order arrive damaged or if you decide not to proceed with an unopened jar, our 30-day return window allows you to return items in their original packaging to our Carliol Square premises.
